Job summary

A&R Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs Northeast, a 95-room hotel opened in 2022. You will serve as the second-in-command, overseeing daily operations, acting as Manager on Duty, and partnering with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

This on-site role is ideal for a Front Desk Manager or Hotel Supervisor ready to advance to property-wide leadership, with opportunities to impact service culture,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hotel supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, Security, and Maintenance operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead the hotel in the General Manager's absence.
• Enforce SOPs and take corrective action when standards aren't met.
• Review night audit reports, daily revenue reports, and cash handling procedures for accuracy.
• Lead service recovery and act on guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Support ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR growth through operations and guest service.
