Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 5–6 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust operations via department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and trainings per Highgate standards.
• Forecast revenues and expenses and ensure budget adherence.
• Develop managers for future advancement through training and programs.
• Conduct daily and monthly reviews with department managers and supervisors.
• Coordinate sales efforts with the Director of Sales and support hotel profitability through cost control.
