Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years progressive hotel experience or 4+ years with a 4-year degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reviews.
• Ability to supervise MOD coverage and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations through department heads and managers.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions to Highgate standards.
• Meet financial review dates and corporate programs on time.
• Forecast monthly financial position and prepare reforecasts.
• Conduct interviews and manage hiring procedures for management positions.
• Ensure training and service standards are implemented across all departments.
