Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of progressive hotel management experience, including 2–3 years as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all hotel departments (rooms, F&B, sales & catering, housekeeping, maintenance, admin).
• Own financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost control.
• Drive revenue through pricing, distribution, and group/event sales in collaboration with sales team.
• Ensure restaurant and banquet operations deliver quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong management team and maintain a positive workplace culture.
