Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and care of the hotel, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment for guests and staff.

You will handle minor mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks and assist other departments to keep operations running smoothly. Prior maintenance experience and knowledge of safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment and document work.
• Assess and complete maintenance work orders.
• Follow safety requirements when operating machinery.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and secure tools.
• Assist other team members to ensure smooth hotel operations (laundry, housekeeping, breakfast, front desk).
• Polish, dust, and clean surfaces; clean glass and floors; perform deep cleaning when scheduled.
