Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the hotel team. The role oversees revenue management, sales, rooms operations, and food & beverage, with accountability for achieving budgeted revenues and maintaining Piatt Hotel Group standards.

You will recruit and develop a strong management team, monitor guest feedback, ensure compliance with health and safety codes, and drive guest satisfaction through operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in progressive hotel management.
• 2–3 years as General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Proven sales and RevPAR growth track record.
• Experience with F&B outlets and event spaces preferred.
• Hilton brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all hotel departments.
• Own financial performance including budgeting and P&L.
• Drive revenue via pricing strategy and group/event sales.
• Oversee restaurant and banquet operations for quality and profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong management team.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reputation.
• Oversee capital projects and vendor relationships.
• Represent the property in the community and build local partnerships.
