Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, safe operation of equipment, and providing clean, secure hotel facilities.

You will handle guest room repairs, lighting, HVAC and plumbing issues, and assist across departments to ensure smooth operations. We value at least 2 years of general maintenance experience and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment and document work.
• Assess and complete maintenance work orders.
• Follow safety requirements when operating machinery.
• Provide lawn care to maintain curb appeal.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with duties across housekeeping, front desk and related areas.
• Complete special cleaning projects and carpet deep cleaning as scheduled.
• Polish, dust, and shine surfaces and clean glass inside and outside the hotel.
