Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• At least three progressive experience in hospitality.
• Prior General Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to meet sanitation and guest service standards.
• Manage budgeting, labor costs, P&L reviews, and cost controls.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development across departments.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through sales and marketing collaboration.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints with professionalism.
