Job summary

Oxford Collection of hotels in Boise seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead guest relations, operations, and team development in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You will support the General Manager, oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least three progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Lead departments: front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance.
Monitor budgets, P&L, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
Foster teamwork, coaching, and performance evaluations.
