Job summary

Oxford Collection Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead day-to-day hotel operations under the General Manager. You will train, motivate, and manage front desk staff while upholding all policies and sanitation standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes guest relations, inventory management, and collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred.
• Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays
• Reliable and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure and manage registrations; provide positive guest experiences.
• Maintain room inventory and availability in the reservations system; report incidents.
• Supervise front desk staff; provide training and guidance; resolve issues.
• Ensure front desk operations comply with SOPs and safety standards; coordinate with other departments.
