Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to hotel staff and department heads.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B.
• Develop budgets, forecast revenue and manage expenses.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to grow occupancy and revenue.
• Plan strategically for growth, renovations and brand alignment.
