The Commonwealth, a 59-suite historic property operated by SMI Hotel Group in Richmond, seeks a General Manager to oversee all operations, revenue and guest experience. The GM will inspire the team, ensure brand standards and maintain an exceptional standard of service across all departments.

The GM will drive profitability through strategic planning, budgeting and cost controls, while maintaining strong community ties and delivering a consistently memorable Richmond experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or equivalent.
• Proven track record in delivering guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and brand standards.

• Oversee all hotel operations and sales initiatives.
• Create a positive, productive work environment for staff.
• Lead revenue-management strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales to develop annual business plans and marketing campaigns.
