The Commonwealth is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all operations and sales for our historic 59-suite Richmond hotel. The GM will foster a positive work environment, ensure brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities include developing the team, optimizing revenue, managing budgets and maintaining exceptional service quality. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience.

• Develops subordinates through training and mentorship; holds managers accountable.
• Inspires team to deliver superior guest service and resolve complaints quickly.
• Maximizes hotel revenues by anticipating market conditions and implementing effective strategies.
