The Berkeley Hotel in Richmond, VA is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations and drive revenue performance. This full-time role requires strong leadership of departments, adherence to brand standards, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will oversee budgeting, cost control, safety, and staff development to maintain a top-tier hospitality experience. Responsibilities include P&L monitoring, annual budgeting, capital projects, and active participation in sales and revenue

Formación

• Must have previous Hilton AGM or GM hotel experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor profitability of hotel through monthly P&L analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee cost and inventory management and budgeting processes.
• Lead annual budgeting and capital improvement planning.
• Support revenue initiatives and participate in sales and revenue calls.
• Forecast weekly and contribute to the marketing plan.
• Ensure brand standards and quality, safety, and guest service excellence.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Maintain robust reporting to Corporate Office and ensure timely month-end closes.
