Qualifications

• Hosp. mgmt experience preferred, five+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with group and transient sales forecasting is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property’s reputation.
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management.
• Drive profitability through P&L management, revenue management, ADR/RevPAR.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
