As a hands-on leader, you manage schedules, reviews, and community relations, ensure safety, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and profitable results in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and aggressive in solving problems.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff.
• Exceptional Guest Services: Maintain high cleanliness standards and address guest concerns.
• Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, manage budgets, labor, occupancy and P&L.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote the property and build relationships with local organizations and clients.
• Teamwork: Cover shifts and assist with housekeepin​g as needed to ensure continuity.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and security requirements.
