Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Conversational Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall hotel operations and guest experience.
• Leads and develops hotel staff including onboarding and training.
• Manages labor, budget, and purchasing to brand standards.
• Ensures guest rooms are clean and ready and public areas maintained.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies.
