The GM will oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and daily operations, ensuring cash control, labor standards, and performance coaching are applied consistently to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience; customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to hotel associates and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee room readiness, cleanliness, and brand standards compliance.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and hire staff using established procedures.
• Onboard and train new associates with company training programs.
• Monitor labor and cash management in line with budgets and policies.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate hotel priorities to improve performance.
