Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Lafayette. You will drive a welcoming guest experience, support daily hotel operations, and coach a team that makes guests feel at home.

Responsibilities include overseeing check-in/out, leading and training staff, addressing guest feedback promptly, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals while maintaining Hilton standards and safe, organized front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest-service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hotel systems and flexible schedule.
