The Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, Northeastern Indiana’s premier full-service hotel and banquet facility, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead its front desk and bell/transportation departments with energy, integrity, and a passion for top-tier service.

As a full-service Hilton property, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint. We are looking for a results-driven, guest-focused leader who thrives on the front lines. While this is a management position that involves administrative responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, and team performance oversight, the successful candidate is expected to spend at least 80% of their time actively engaged with their team at the front desk and bell stand. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who leads by example and has a genuine enthusiasm for guest service.

Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day leadership for front desk and bell/transportation operations

· Ensure consistent delivery of Hilton brand service standards

· Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop front office staff

· Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency

· Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly

· Maintain financial controls, assist with departmental budgeting, and take ownership of the gift shop

· Partner with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

· Ensure compliance with all company policies, Hilton brand standards, and applicable laws

Qualifications:

· Proven success in a front office or guest services leadership role; Hilton experience preferred

· Strong familiarity with Hilton systems (OnQ) is a plus

· College degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

· Able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-guest-contact environment

Demonstrated ability to lead by example, mentor staff, and create a culture of service excellence

Flexible schedule is a must, this position may be required to work any shift, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Weekend availability is expected; while time off requests are considered, this role typically includes two days off during the week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed team at a landmark Hilton property. If you are a high-energy hospitality professional who believes in the power of presence and leading from the front, we invite you to apply.

Salary can be discussed based on experience.
