Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Hotel Guest Services Manager to lead the front desk team at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Lafayette, West Lafayette, IN. The role oversees check-in/check-out, guest requests, and service recovery while coaching staff and maintaining brand standards.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, support daily hotel operations, and help the team deliver a welcoming stay.

Qualifications

• Guest-service experience and supervisory skills.
• Strong communication, organization and problem solving are essential.
• Familiarity with hotel front desk systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, guest requests, and service recovery.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support front desk team members.
• Respond to guest feedback and help resolve concerns promptly.
• Support room revenue, occupancy, labor, and front office performance goals.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards, accurate records, and a safe, organized front desk.
