Ascent Hospitality is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Hotel Rooms Manager to lead the front desk team at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Lafayette.

You’ll help deliver a welcoming guest experience, support daily hotel operations, and coach a team that makes guests feel at home.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest-service experience required, supervisory preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with hotel systems and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations including check-in/out and guest requests.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support front desk staff.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns quickly.
• Support room revenue, occupancy, and front office performance goals.

Hotel: Home2 Suites by Hilton
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

• Support room revenue, occupancy, labor, and front office performance goals.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards, accurate records, and a safe, organized front desk.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hotel front desk or guest-service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with hotel systems and supporting a flexible hotel schedule.
• Hilton brand experience is a plus.
