Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager in Houston to lead front desk operations, guest services, and revenue initiatives in line with HHM standards and sustainability goals.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor guest satisfaction, manage budgets and forecasts, supervise guest services managers, and oversee vendor contracts while upholding safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years hospitality related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and improve overall guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front office financial operations and ensure accounting controls.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts.
• Supervise guest services department managers.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts.
• Manage occupancy and minimize overbooking.
• Create actionable plans to remedy guest service deficiencies.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested.
