Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Houston is seeking a Front Office/Guest Services Manager to lead daily operations and uphold exceptional guest service standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate VIP arrivals, and ensure brand compliance across front‑desk activities.

You will also oversee payroll, schedules, and staff development, and address guest concerns while collaborating with Finance on credit issues. This is a dynamic, guest‑facing role with room for growth within HEI’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of front office management experience required.
• Minimum of two-year department head level experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Front Office and Guest Services operations and staff.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, and counsels team members.
• Manages VIP arrivals/departures and staff assignments.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards and training programs.
• Handles customer issues and coordinates with Finance on credit matters.
• Prepares payroll, schedules, and departmental reports.
