Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the hotel’s front office team and uphold guest service standards. The role involves managing staff, budgets, and vendor contracts while ensuring efficient operations across the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience and at least an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. The position offers opportunities for growth within HHM Hotels and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years hospitality related experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor front office financial operations and ensure front office compliance with accounting controls and procedures.
• Develop, implement and monitor budgets and forecasts; review, submit for approval, and order capital items as required.
• Supervise all guest services department managers.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts throughout the hotel.
• Monitor occupancy to ensure efficient use and minimize overbooking.
