TPG Hotels and Resorts invites a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out and superior guest service at our Atlanta property. You will mentor staff, enforce standards, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, while addressing issues with professionalism.

The role requires supervisory experience in a hotel setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality is preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in front desk or guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and supervise front desk agents and front office staff.
• Ensure staff adhere to dress code and grooming standards and address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and arrangements.
