The Sebastian Vail, a Timbers Resort, is seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences year-round in Vail, Colorado. This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, training staff, coordinating check-ins/outs, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a front desk or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and office tools.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations ensuring efficient, friendly service.
• Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering teamwork.
• Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs and handle special requests.
• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records for occupancy, reservations, and transactions.
• Collaborate with management to implement policies enhancing guest experience.
• Ensure front desk area is organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations for front desk staff.
