Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and greet callers, routing to the correct extension.
• Transcribe and verify messages before delivery.
• Input wake-up information into the automated wake‑up system.
• Page guests and patrons using the public address system when needed.
• Serve as dispatcher for security, guest services and operations as required.
• Remain calm and professional during busy hotel activity and emergencies.
