Job summary

SpringHill Suites New Orleans Downtown/Canal Street is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent for a part-time role. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, check guests in/out, distribute keys, and answer inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Candidates should have front desk or hotel guest service experience, strong English communication, and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Proficiency with hotel software (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed) and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a Marriott brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional.
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred (Spanish highly desired)
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
