Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members; you are the friendly coach.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, aiming for guest satisfaction.
• Manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and lobby readiness.
