Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a banquet and events teammate for a Hilton Charlotte Airport property in Charlotte, NC. You will set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms, refresh spaces, transport supplies, and assist with food & beverage service with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You’ll be on your feet most of the shift and may lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure event perfection.
• Clear communication and teamwork with kitchen and service staff.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed – boxes, programs, décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
