Job summary

Atrium Hospitality at Hilton Charlotte Airport in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time banquet/guest services team member to support events and guest experiences. You will set up spaces, refresh areas throughout the day, move supplies, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure guests have a memorable stay.

You should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, be detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Flexible scheduling, teamwork, and a professional attitude are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Be the friendly face guests remember and address issues with a smile.
