Residence Inn Brockton is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out in the property management system, and support reservations with attentive service. The role requires strong customer service skills and basic computer literacy, with shifts including 2nd shift and weekend availability.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a preference for hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out through the property management system, collecting and storing relevant information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
