Buffalo Lodging Associates, a Canton, MA-based hotel management company, operates Residence Inn Brockton/Boston. We are hiring a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and provide information about hotel services.

The role offers weekend and weekday shifts, including 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM blocks, in a newly renovated all-suite hotel with full kitchens.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, property management system, Word and Excel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guests' needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations from calls and input/update information in the management system.
• Typical shifts include 2nd shift 3PM-11PM; open availability for weekdays and weekends.
