Residence Inn Providence Lincoln is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and support front desk operations with a focus on exceptional service.

You will handle reservations, payments, and inquiries while promoting the loyalty program and ensuring a welcoming lobby environment for guests from diverse backgrounds. This role requires a customer-focused, team-oriented individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficient in English; other languages helpful in a multicultural team environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with brand operating systems preferred.
• Cash handling knowledge and accuracy with registers.
• Demonstrates genuine care for customers and colleagues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest personally and professionally.
• Book and register hotel reservations, verify guest information.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and recognize benefits for members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
• Resolve guest issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of registrations, payments, and movements.
