Sheraton Duluth Hotel seeks a Guest Service Associate (Front Desk) to welcome guests from check-in to check-out, delivering Marriott-level service with a friendly approach.

The role requires 1-2 years in a public-facing position and hospitality experience is preferred. Part-time shifts include Sundays and Tue-Thu evenings; pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, with a strong benefits package and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a public contact position.
• Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and some knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes every guest on arrival.
• Registers and books guests, verifies reservation details.
• Proficient on kiosk operations to assist when necessary.
• Answers inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel facilities and local area.
