Sherman Associates is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the Sheraton Duluth Hotel in Duluth, MN. The role ensures smooth front desk operations, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, coach staff, handle guest complaints, coordinate with other departments, and manage desk operations as Manager on Duty. A background in hospitality and supervisory experience is required; 18+ and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality related environment, with at least 1 years of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or equivalent education required

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and serves guests in a courteous manner while upholding brand standards
• Lead by example and provide coaching to staff
• Act as front desk manager on duty and supervise operations
• Coordinate hotel operations with other departments
• Ensure financial transactions are accurate and within policy
• Attend required department and hotel meetings
