Job summary

Sherman Associates seeks a Front Desk Supervisor for the Sheraton Duluth Hotel in Minnesota. You will oversee the front desk operations, ensure smooth guest check-in/out, and uphold brand standards across the property.

The role requires leadership, guest service excellence, and coordination with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. Full-time with varied shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School or equivalent education required

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously while upholding brand standards
• Serve as first management point of contact for guest issues and complaints
• Ensure front desk operations and finances are handled properly and in compliance with property guidelines
• Coordinate with other departments to improve communication and guest satisfaction
• Act as Manager on Duty and supervise daily front desk operations
