Qualifications

• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred.
• Proficient in verbal and written English; professional guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, maintain privacy, accommodate special requests.
• Promote hotel services and amenities; encourage repeat business.
• Identify sales leads during guest interactions and report to management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Learn and utilize PMS and balance cash/credit transactions at shift end.
