Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a front desk professional to provide excellent guest service, manage check-ins/check-outs, and drive hotel revenue through selling services. This role supports Manager on Duty during peak hours and requires strong communication with management and staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, a background in guest relations or sales, and the ability to operate a PMS system while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations type of industry preferred.
• Proficient English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations for alternate brand-type products.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and report information to the appropriate person.
• Learn and utilize PMS and ensure accuracy in transactions and balance at shift end.
