Job summary

The Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel, operated by Hollander Hospitality, is seeking a Part-time Guest Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to arriving, departing and in-house guests. You will greet guests, answer questions, process check-ins/outs and coordinate with other hotel teams to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, strong cash handling skills and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of public-facing customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and front desk operations.
