Job summary

Hotel Interurban, part of Columbia Hospitality, Inc., seeks a friendly Front Office team member in Seattle Southside to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and resolve guest needs in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

You will handle guest requests, use the property management system, and coordinate reservations while contributing to a welcoming, community-driven culture and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized POS system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and checkout efficiently according to hotel procedures.
• Be proficient with the property management system.
• Operate PBX and Radio paging system per procedures.
• Establish appropriate credit at check-in; issue room keys and explain services.
• Manage guest issues with discretion and professionalism; consult management as needed.
• Follow up with guests and team members to ensure resolution.
• Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations for guests.
