Qualifications

• Must have cash handling knowledge and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures.
• Process check-outs and close guest accounts.
• Handle cash and posting receipts with accuracy.
• Answer inquiries and take reservations in person or by phone.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX and manage wake-up calls.
