Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out, luggage assistance, and local information. You’ll work closely with hotel teams to ensure a smooth stay, respond promptly to guest needs, and maintain a tidy front desk area.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general requests.
• Escort guests to accommodations, inspect rooms, and respond to needs promptly.
• Organize and store luggage securely in designated areas.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and city events.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in guest reception areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction.
