Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Colorado. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries about services and hours, operate the PBX, and handle packages and messages in a courteous and efficient manner.

The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, accurate rate quoting, and knowledge of hotel operations. Flexibility for extended hours and physical tasks is required as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Light work – able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per hotel standards.
• Operate PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests/meeting rooms.
• Assist guests with check-ins/checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for shift close.
