Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Colorado to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing room revenue. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and handle packages and messages following hotel standards.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and hours.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and PBX console.
