Shamin Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet and register guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations and guest requests. You will interact with guests in person and online, provide local recommendations, collect payments, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

• Front desk experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and time management required.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Responsabilidades

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room key and escort instructions to guests or bell staff.
• Date-stamps, sorts and racks incoming mail and messages.
• Transmits and receives messages via telephone, fax, and switchboard.
• Answers inquiries about hotel services, registrations and local activities.
• Keeps records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Calculates bills and collects payments.
• May make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
• May arrange restaurant, transportation or entertainment reservations for guests.
• May deposit guests’ valuables in the hotel safe.
• Enforces hotel credit policies and deposits cash per policies.
• Communicates with other front office and hotel departments.
• Goes to scheduled shifts on time, in uniform.
