Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check‑in/check‑out in the PMS.
• Handle cash and payment information securely.
• Identify guest needs and explain hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations from callers and update/cancel in the system.
• Schedule includes morning and evening shifts; weekends required.
