Seminole Hard Rock in Atlantic City seeks a Front Desk Associate to manage arrival, registration, and hotel services for guests. You will greet guests warmly, check them in/out, and provide local guidance while coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

The role requires strong English communication, math skills, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Training and wellness programs accompany competitive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong mathematical skills for position responsibilities.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and provide a seamless registration, arrival, and departure process.
• Maintain knowledge of property and local attractions to advise guests.
• Communicate with Customer Care for future reservations via telephone calls.
• Assist with booking guest reservations that are walk-ins.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with departments to fulfill them.
• Provide alternatives to guests if requests cannot be satisfied.
• Offer bell assistance to guests upon departure.
• Assist Rooms Control as needed.
• Follow protocols and wipe high-touch surfaces before registering guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
