Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking an experienced Front Office leader to plan and direct the Front Desk and Guest Service operations, ensuring a positive guest experience.

You will oversee daily Front Desk staff, conduct room inspections, and resolve reservation issues while upholding quality and presentation standards. Training, coaching, and promoting responsible gaming are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 3 years front desk experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct Front Desk and Guest Service operations.
• Oversee daily Front Desk staff assignments.
• Perform detailed guest room inspections and address repairs.
• Investigate and resolve guest issues such as reservations errors.
• Ensure quality and presentation of services delivered to guests.
• Develop team through education, training, and coaching.
• Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Conduct performance appraisals and retain top performers.
• Foster positive guest/employee relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
